These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kaatsheuvel Park Tickets website and the purchase of tickets for Efteling theme park. By accessing our website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Kaatsheuvel Park Tickets operates as an authorized ticket reseller for Efteling. We are not the venue operator. All visits to Efteling are subject to Efteling's own park regulations and conditions of entry.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are available for purchase through our website. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per transaction. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-tickets. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking. Tickets must be presented (printed or on mobile device) at the park entrance.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euros and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the final price you will be charged.

We accept major credit cards, iDEAL, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit date. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact our support team.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Date changes are treated as a cancellation and new booking.

5. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

In the event of park closure due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your visit at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Kaatsheuvel Park Tickets acts solely as a ticket reseller. We are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your visit to Efteling. Efteling's own liability terms apply once you enter the park.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but cannot guarantee that all details are complete or up to date at all times. Ride availability, show times, and park hours are subject to change by Efteling.
